During your comprehensive evaluation, you and your coach will look at your goals, your body composition and possible deficits to compose a training program personalized for you. Midline exercises and functional movements with bands, dumbbells or just body weight are coached. If you have a painful area, we will implement movements suitable for you, the goal is to function in life optimally.
